This part was short the D shaped metal clip that keeps the knob on the switch & from breaking.
Hi there, thank you for your feedback on the Splendide® Upper Control Dial. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the missing metal retaining clip. The part number 275188 has superseded to part number 511329 and it does not come with or have a metal clip that holds it onto the dry timer.
The parts appear to be the same but they do not slide forward as indicated. If not for the very short screws supplied they would not work.
Have my doubts that they will hold in place when doing a load of laundry.
