I was amazed that the front edge is able to be removed to slide the washer in. But the drain outlet that was put in was not able to be used due a couple things, 1 could not in anyway gain access to it from the rear and 2 it was out over the front which left no place to access it from. Would have been nice if they would figure out a way that we could put our own in where we need it.
They break off easy, the screws are small and I’m on my 3rd replacement set because the plastic tabs break and you can’t reuse them but you gotta have them so what do you do? They are way too expensive as well.
The heating element works, however it takes forever to dry my clothes, even with extra spin cycle!
Part fit exactly. Wife is very happy to be doing laundry again

It took two of us with arthritis to get it done plus watching a self help vid MULTIPLE times. If I didn’t find a video, there is NO WAY we would have got it replaced, without paying someone.

We ordered 2 lint guards and they came in 2 different shipments. I thought that we were shorted but received a very nice email from customer service explaining the situation. Normally you don't receive that kind of customer service. Very appreciative on the extra mile. I would definitely be using them again!

The hose is just like any other drain hose with the exception of having a 90deg connection at the pump. The fit and function of the hose for this Splendide 2100xc washer is good. The cost is the issue and why I only gave 3 stars. Any hardware store or big box or online has drain hoses from 20 to maybe 50 dollars. It cost me 97 dollars for this hose. RVwashers and dryers were fine. They got it for me within a few days.
I remember seeing an in stock amount when I found the listing. Made the purchase got confirmation email. Never got a tracking # asked for one, person said it was back ordered. Part shows up 2 days later? So it wasn't backordered but they upcharged me for shipping it?

ordering was easy simple to remove the old one took about 45 min to install the new one once the washer was laying back.
I just bought this because I purchased an aftermarket part for $30 on another site. It lasted me a few months, and now I am here with no dryer, again. I hope this OEM part will last me as long as the original heating element, almost 9 years. It's not worth the $30 to have to change it every few months. If you don't hear back from me on here you'll know it's still going strong.

Thought I was ending up with the bearings, only ended up with a pad Splendide® Bearing Washer/Dryer 255284
