Refund policy

Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If, however, you have simply decided that you no longer need the part or have ordered the wrong part, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fees are set and charged by the manufacturer, not by us as a third-party seller. These fees help cover their costs for inspecting, testing, repackaging, and restocking returned items that can no longer be sold as new. You will be responsible for shipping returns back to us unless there was an error on our part or the carrier. 

You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Non-Returnable Products

• Any product that has been installed
• All electronic items including control boards

If you need to return an item, simply find the Contact Us page and provide your order number and the reason for your return. 

Cancellations: 

If you would like to cancel an order before it ships out, we will do our best to accommodate this but you will be subject to a 4% transaction fee. If your cancellation is due to an error on our part, we will of course issue you the full refund.
