Normally you don't receive that kind of customer service. Very appreciative on the extra mile. I would definitely be using them again!

I just bought this because I purchased an aftermarket part for $30 on another site. It lasted me a few months, and now I am here with no dryer, again. I hope this OEM part will last me as long as the original heating element, almost 9 years. It's not worth the $30 to have to change it every few months. If you don't hear back from me on here you'll know it's still going strong.
