I spoke to someone and they told me they would give me a refund and let me ship it back and I haven’t heard anything. It has been over a month. The picture I saw on the website was a dark colored part and looked like my part to a tee. And when they shipped it to me it was silver and large. Totally not matching the picture at all. No communication since and I just want the picture one to fix my dryer.

We apologize for the delay in dealing with this issue, we did our best to respond to your initial email letting you know we requested the return within 24 hours of business days and asked your to confirm your model number which is when we found out your model was a different brand and would not be compatible as you had a Panda not a Pinnacle Machine. Despite this, we still offered you a full refund for the return due to the manufacutrer taking a long time to set up the return. Unfortnatley we do not sell Panda parts so we were unable to send you the correct part. We do hope you found a solution.

Ordered for the first time, because of the positive reviews. We received the pump in a usual amount of time and the washer/dryer is back up and running again!
Made a claim with ups

We can always file a claim with the carrier on your behalf when these things happen and send you a new part but you need to let us know so we can help as this review is the first we are hearing of this issue. I do hope we can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible and you will consider updating your review as once the product leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of 3rd party carriers.
The part was delivered on time, shipping is a bit expensive and the part broke on assembly exactly like the one we are replacing was. Trying to return and get a whole door.
I ordered a drain pump for our washer/dryer combo and the next day it was shipped and I had the part and was able to get to replace the no good one. We were impressed with how fast we received the part. We would recommend using them for your RV washer/dryer parts.
