The hose is just like any other drain hose with the exception of having a 90deg connection at the pump. The fit and function of the hose for this Splendide 2100xc washer is good. The cost is the issue and why I only gave 3 stars. Any hardware store or big box or online has drain hoses from 20 to maybe 50 dollars. It cost me 97 dollars for this hose. RVwashers and dryers were fine. They got it for me within a few days.
I remember seeing an in stock amount when I found the listing. Made the purchase got confirmation email. Never got a tracking # asked for one, person said it was back ordered. Part shows up 2 days later? So it wasn't backordered but they upcharged me for shipping it?

ordering was easy simple to remove the old one took about 45 min to install the new one once the washer was laying back.
I just bought this because I purchased an aftermarket part for $30 on another site. It lasted me a few months, and now I am here with no dryer, again. I hope this OEM part will last me as long as the original heating element, almost 9 years. It's not worth the $30 to have to change it every few months. If you don't hear back from me on here you'll know it's still going strong.
