2.) Make sure your unit is level. This should be checked often. Adjust the level legs up or down to ensure the water is resting firmly and not swaying side to side or front to back.
3.) Check the detergent dispenser by removing the drawers and washing it with water to remove any residue that has built up. If this is obstructed it could cause issues.
4.) Check the drain hose. It's possible it could be positioned too low or too far into the standpipe causing siphoning. Make sure there is between 25" and 34" high and that no more than 6" of drain hose is inserted into the standpipe.
5.) Check the Drain Pump. (WD2100, WD2000S, WDC6200CEE, WDC5200 ): In your owners manual there should be a section "When Needed, Check the Pump", follow the directions to remove items like keys or coins from the pump pre-chamber. All Other Models: Clean the drain and lint filter which is located behind the small door in the lower-right, front corner of the machine. This should be cleaned regularly to avoid poor performance.
The unit is excessively vibrating during the spin cycle:
1.) Make sure your Shipping Screws and Spacers have been removed.
2.) Make sure the machine is level. The machine should not be installed on carpet because it will not be level, it needs a solid, level surface.
3.) Make sure not to overload the machine.
The washer produces too much foam:
1.) Check your detergent. Make sure it states it is "For Machine Washer"
2.) Check the amount of detergent you are using, and be sure not to use too much.
The washer doesn't drain or spin:
1.) Check the selected program incorporates a manual draining command. For (WD2100, WD2000S, WDC6200CEE, & WDC5200 ONLY): When using the "Easy Iron" function without presetting a drying program, the machine will stop and wait for your command to drain. Just press the "Easy Iron" button again and the machine will drain.
2.) Check the drain hose and make sure it is free of kinks and clogging.
3.) Check the drain pump. Check the Drain Pump.
The dryer does not dry properly:
1.) Check the drain hose and make sure it is not under water. It needs to be positioned properly, at least 25" high and not more than 34" high. Maker sure the drain hose its inserted no more than 6" into the standpipe.
2.) Check the dryer vent hose and clear the vent hose (ducting) of any debris. (WD2100, WD2000S, WD802M ONLY)

7.) Normal Condenser Drying (WDC6200CEE, WDC5200, WDC1025MCEE & WDC1024M ONLY):
Special Condenser Drying Note: If you own a Comb-o-matic (ventless) model, when you remove items after drying, they may feel slightly damp to the touch even though they are dry. This is a normal result of the Comb-o-matic's self-condensing drying process. Simply shake them out to allow any humidity to dissipate (a few seconds) before folding or hanging them as you usually would.
Dryer performance has decreased over time.
1.) For (WDC6200CEE, WDC5200, WDC1025MCEE, WDC1024M ONLY): If you are using the wrong detergent or over-sudsing often this could cause problems. ALways use the correct amount of fabric softer and detergent. Over time, repeated misuse of this will clog up the condensing chamber and fan blower with lint particles and reduce drying efficiency.
1.) Select a shorter Wash Cycle. This can happen sometimes if the wash cycle is too long.
2.) Switch up your detergent, if the detergent is not dissolving try a quick-dissolving and try a warmer temperature setting.
3.) Make sure not to overload the machine.
1.) Check the fabric softener you are using. A fabric softener dispensing ball will not operate correctly n this machine. Add 1-2 tablespoon of liquid fabric softener to the fabric softener compartment or use a detergent with a build-in softener.

2.) Make sure not to Overload
3.) Make sure to select the correct wash cycle. Always follow cycle and temperature guidlines found on your clothing tags, match the cycle selction and temperature to the type of fabric you are using. Repeated washing in water that is too hot may cause wrinkling.
4.) Colder Temperatures may cause wrinkles, for fabrics that will allow it, use warmer wash temperatures for best wash result to prevent fabric wrinkling.
5.) Make sure not to pick a spin cycle that is too high. For WD2100, WD2000S, WDC6200CEE, & WDC5200 : cotton heavy duty items dry faster using the 1200 RPM high spin but if your not cleaning jeans or towels, choose premeanent press or deleates cycle or press the low spin (600 RPM) button when washing. All Other Models: Choose a lower spin speed when washing.
6.) Make sure the Dry temperature is not too HOT. For WD2100, WD2000S, WDC6200CEE & WDC5200, Choose permanent Press Dry w Easy Iron pressed or Delicate Dry for clothes that require Medium or Low drying temperatures. All Other Models - Press the "Half Heat" button when drying.
