REBOOT A DEAD MACHINE (NO LIGHTS)
1. Check power across blue wire and brown wire at power cord
located back upper right corner. Facing from the front
2. Check power across blue wire and brown wire at surge located in
bottom back lower corner.
3. Check power across blue wire and brown wire coming out of the
surge. If power go to step 4. If not then cut the blue wire and the
brown wire going to the board and put male spades on the wires.
Now by pass the surge with the connector on top (see pictures below)
1.) Cut the wires coming out of the Surge
2.) Cut wires removed from surge to the connector that plus into the top of Surge
If the machine works you need a surge, if not go to step 4.
4. Check the 5 wire plug on the console board for DC voltage. Plug
is divided in to 2pins one section and 3 pins in other section.
Across the 2 pin section you should have 12 volts DC. If not then
the board is bad in the bottom rear if the surge had no power out
then you need a board and a surge.
